Investigators in Gallatin said Dustin Matthew Marshall, 20, left his old jeans in a Wal-Mart dressing room when he allegedly stole a pair of pants Oct. 14 and the jeans contained his wallet and his driver’s license, WTVF-TV, Nashville, reported Wednesday.
Police said Marshall and Lindsey Samantha Scholl, 19, then allegedly skipped out on a restaurant bill Saturday and left behind evidence linking them to a string of burglaries from cars.
Well of course they skipped out on the restaurant bill. Dude lost his wallet!
Wonder if they finished their last free meal (free in more ways than one) before realizing it was gone?
